Something wicked this way comes! Pleased to announce the release of Book 3 in my Celtic Bood Series, Highland Vengeance. I know a lot of you have been waiting on this novel. Between sick babies, a hurricane, and deadlines, the book got very behind. On top of that, while the novel was complete in draft form...it sucked. I had to completely toss out 3/4 of what I used to have and rewrite it. The result is a much better book, but it took some time to complete. It was a difficult book to write in terms of its emotional impact as well. Gruoch and I have been together for more than a decade, and this is a painful novel. I decided to cut a death from this book just because I couldn't bring myself to do it. When you hit a point in the novel and a character almost dies, know that they were saved from the jaws of death by the pen! Otherwise, I hope you find the book satisfying. Book 4, the final book in this series, is on my schedule to come out in late 2018. I'll be writing that novel, Highland Queen, with only a rough outline already completed. The original draft of this novel no longer fits the story and is so very dark. Let's see what a little revision can do!
Highland Raven, Book 1 in this series is on sale this week if you want to drag a friend into this emotional black hole with you! Word of mouth is always an author's best friend. I very rarely put this book on sale, so if you want to start the series, now is a great time!
